Kevin Rowe - Principal: Coaching and Change

With experience at senior levels in the Department of Defence and as head of the complaints resolution agency, Kevin has created innovative methods for helping public and private sector organisations lead their people through change. His approach is to support the integration of new behaviours through coaching executives and senior managers.

Principal role and capability in the delivery of:

Designing the future of the organisation

  • Everyone reacts differently to change. Our Resistance to Resilience (R2R™) program recognises the impact of change on organisations and provides training and tools to help align people to future requirements. We conduct workshops and coaching sessions with managers and executives to build the resilience that makes all other initiatives more effective.
Developing Leadership Capabilities
  • We have found that high flyers often rise to the top without time to reflect on the special skills required of a strategic leader. We help senior executives identify and grow these skills through a tailored coaching program which focuses on three key career transition points:
    • Personal Effectiveness Coaching
    • Transformational Coaching
    • Executive Coaching

Developing organisational capabilities

  • With increasing churn driven by greater demands on a reducing workforce, many CEOs lead teams who don't stay together long enough to achieve their potential. Our TCP™ program is designed to move a leadership team quickly towards high performance. We do this by applying a series of tailored, scientifically based interventions comprising an advanced profiling tool (LaunchPad®) and scenario based workshop training, both backed by executive coaching.
