changedrivers operates as a virtual consulting group with 6 Principals leading our network of qualified, experienced Alliance Partners who are drawn into our change projects for their wide range of specialist skills.
The benefits to the client of this style of operation are:
- Project teams are assembled according to the specific skill-set required in each project, not who is available in the office because they are currently unassigned.
- Our ability to draw upon experienced and highly skilled consulting practitioners we are able to more immediately deliver high quality and focused consulting services.
- We do not expect our clients to pay for "on the job training".
The Founding Directors of changedrivers worked together for a number of years as colleagues on several consulting assignments before they joined forces to establish changedrivers.
In the last ten years we have slowly built our cadre of Principals, forsaking rapid commercial growth as we pursued a sound collegiate environment where each member of the team is respected for their individual competence and the way in which they are able to contribute to our collective capability.
Our network of Alliance Partners has grown over the years as we have established trusting relationships with experienced, respected, and rigorous consulting partners who bring a wealth of independent industry knowledge to the table.
Our Administration Team provide the systems backbone of the business and ensure that we are capable of holding our own in this demanding and competitive profession.
