Administration Team
Our Administration Team consists of Rosemary Ward, Mark Ward, and Maria Kambur.
Rosemary Ward
Rosemary is our Business Manager and provides financial control for our two offices as well as administrative and executive support.
In her role she works closely with our Prinicipals, Alliance Partners and clients providing support in all areas of office and project management. In addition to theses roles, Rosemary is also our Deputy Facility Security Officer.
Prior to joining changedrivers Rosemary ran her own desktop design and publishing business which has proven to be invaluable when it comes to maintaining the changedrivers' corporate look and feel
Mark Ward
Mark joined changedrivers in February 2007 after working in the extraordinary worlds of both music and travel. From a long, varied and colourful career in the music business Mark developed practical skills in marketing, promotion and management. This vocation has been happily complimented with extensive periods of overseas travel. From either 'on the road' touring with musicians or simply border-hopping extended holidays, this nomadic lifestyle has brought self reliance, determination and flexibility to the fore of his personal development.
With experience in a diverse range of roles, he now brings his unique blend of knowledge based skills to changedrivers as Project Office Manager.
Maria Kambur
While studying for her Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Innovation at the University of Technology, Sydney, Maria came to changedrivers temporarilty in December 2004 to complete the entrepreneurial experience module of her degree.
In June 2006, Maria became a full-time employee of changedrivers in the role of Knowledge Management Administrator, developing and managing the changedrivers' Knowledge Centre. Currently, in her primary role as Website Administrator, Maria is responsible for designing, building and maintaining the changedrivers website. She is also our Microsoft SharePoint Server (MOSS) Administrator, which involves building and customising the SharePoint Portal architecture.
Maria also works closely with changedrivers' Principals to assist them in business analysis for client projects, and provides on-going corporate application support for the changedrivers Team and our Alliance Partners.
