personal information that is necessary for our activities. We will only

Information about an individual will be collected directly from an individual or with their knowledge if it is reasonable and practicable to do so. Should it be necessary for changedrivers to collect personal information about an individual from someone else, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the individual is or has been made aware of this. Use and Disclosurechangedrivers will not disclose personal information about an individual for a purpose other than the primary purpose of collection unless the person has consented, or:

Access and Correctionchangedrivers will make all attempt to provide individuals with access to the information that we hold about them should this be requested by the individual. Transborder data flowschangedrivers will not transfer personal information about an individual to someone who is in a foreign country. If such a transfer is necessary, we will obtain the consent of the individual before doing so or we are sure that the recipient of the information is subject to a law, binding scheme or contract which effectively upholds principles for fair handling of the information that are substantially similar to the National Privacy Principles. Sensitive Informationchangedrivers will not collect sensitive information (such as political or religious beliefs, or ethnic background) about an individual or will we ask for such information. Due to the nature of our work, most of the time it will not be practical to deal with our customers anonymously and in most cases it will be necessary for us to store personal information. WebsiteWhen you are asked to fill out a form on our website, we collect your information so that we may send correspondence to you. We also collect information so that we are able to provide more relevant information to you. When you access our websites, we gather information about all of our users collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently and how long users stay at our website.
